Can I preview before purchase?

Our artists spend hours drawing each custom portrait - so it is impossible to provide a preview before ordering.

Once you complete your purchase we will send your artwork for preview in 2-3 business days. You can ask for unlimited revisions until you absolutely love how it looks. Only then we will proceed with printing & shipping!

What if I'm unhappy with my illustration?

We strive to produce premium quality drawings, but sometimes working from a photo we might miss the essence of the person. We're always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your custom portrait.

Is my photo good enough for the custom portrait?

Are the facial features visible? If so, we are good to go! But if you have doubts, feel free to send us an email with the photo prior to placing your order.

We love making the best out of old and unclear pictures, but it would be a good idea to discuss it first!

Do you ship to my country?

We deliver to 185 countries and territories so - most probably, the answer is yes!

Can I add a gift note?

At the moment, it is not possible. We are aware that some of you would love to add an extra touch of personalization thanks to a gift note and we are working on finding the perfect solution, stay tuned!

What kind of packaging do you use?

We use different local printing locations around the world to minimize CO2 emissions, and for that reason we have selected a more minimal and eco friendly packaging option.

Packages with just poster prints will either arrive in a sturdy cardboard tube, or in a thick cardboard flat pack, depending on production location. 

Order containing both prints and frames are shipped flat together in the same packaging, back to back, with the print inside it’s own protective sleeve.

Returns & refunds

What if my item was lost?

If your custom print is lost by the courier shipping agent, we will send you a new one at absolutely no charge to you.

What if the poster print or frame arrives damaged?

If your custom poster print or frame arrives damaged, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support. We will prepare & ship a new item for you free of charge.

If I change my mind am I able to cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing your order.

After the 12 hour period, cancellations will be accepted at our discretion. We might charge you a 20% cancellation fee, since work will have already been done on your order.

Orders that have already been drawn cannot be cancelled.

What is your refund policy?

Because of the custom nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns.

Your happiness is our top priority & we will do everything to ensure that you love your custom minimal portrait.
