What kind of packaging do you use?
We use different local printing locations around the world to minimize CO2 emissions, and for that reason we have selected a more minimal and eco friendly packaging option.
Order containing both prints and frames are shipped flat together in the same packaging, back to back, with the print inside it’s own protective sleeve.
Packages with just prints will either arrive in a sturdy cardboard tube, or in a thick cardboard flat pack, depending on production location.
What if my item gets lost?
If your custom print is lost by the courier shipping agent, we will send you a new one at absolutely no charge to you.
What if the frame arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support. We will prepare & ship a new print for you free of charge.
